We are seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a busy, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering excellent customer service, adept at problem-solving, and skilled in identifying customer needs. Experience working with utility services or within a sales-driven environment is highly preferred. Strong communication abilities, a results-oriented mindset, and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries, billing questions, and service concerns promptly and professionally
- Proactively identify opportunities to offer relevant products and services, helping customers find the best solutions for their needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve service issues or product concerns efficiently
- Update customer records accurately based on interactions to ensure detailed documentation

- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers, focusing on retention and long-term satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer service quality and sales targets
Qualifications

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively
