About the Role

We are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through long-term system support. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Liaison to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

As a Customer Service Liaison, you'll serve as one of the primary points of contact for homeowners throughout their solar journey. You'll work closely with our Operations, Service, Scheduling, and Management teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly while providing outstanding communication and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project and after installation.
• Provide proactive customer updates via phone, email, and text.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns.
• Monitor customer solar systems and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Perform remote diagnostics for Tesla, Enphase, and other monitoring platforms.
• Coordinate scheduling for:
  • Site surveys
  • Service appointments
  • Installations
  • City inspections
• Work closely with Operations, Construction, Service, and Management to resolve customer issues.
• Accurately document customer interactions and project updates within the company's CRM.
• Identify potential concerns early and escalate issues appropriately.
• Help ensure every customer has a positive experience from installation through ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service background.
• Prior Solar, construction, electrical, or home services experience
• Prior Solar industry experience is highly preferred
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM software, email, scheduling platforms, and other computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

This is primarily an office-based position that regularly requires the employee to:

• Sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Communicate by telephone, email, text, video meeting, and in person.
• Frequently use a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the office.
• Occasionally push, pull, and reposition a specialized printer or similar office equipment on wheels.
• Occasionally handle office supplies, files, and equipment.
