Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Float Pool

Location: Tulsa, OK - JT
Job Type: Permanent, Direct Hire
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: 3 12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week
Pay: Starting at $33.15/hour, based on experience
Differentials: $4/hour evening, $0.25/hour night, $6/hour critical care
Relocation: Up to $10,000 with a 2-year commitment

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Critical Care Float Pool RNs to provide safe, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across assigned hospital units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, monitor conditions, and administer medications and treatments.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans for critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety.
• Adapt to different critical care units based on staffing needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Active Oklahoma RN license or valid multistate Compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of critical care nursing experience.
• Current or recent ICU or ER experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
