Full-Time RN OR LPN Unit Manager
Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)
Monday through Friday!
Up to $48/hour
RN/LPN Unit Manager Registered Nurse DAYS
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily operations of the unit
• Oversee clinical care and ensure adherence to high-quality standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes
• Mentor and support nursing staff to promote growth and teamwork
• Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold company policies
Requirements:
• Valid NJ RN or LPN License (required)
• Proven leadership experience in long-term or acute care settings
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to inspire those around you!
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive hourly rate of $40- $48
