Responsibilities:- Perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing or electrical repairs as needed
- Communicate professionally before, during, and after job completion
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on every job site
- Manage and track tools, equipment, and supplies efficiently
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines
Requirements:- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or general contractor
- Proficiency in a variety of trades including carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing/electrical
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, or work orders
- Must have reliable transportation and basic hand/power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and clean background check required
