Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Four Oaks 130 Four Oaks Parkway Four Oaks, NC, US, 27524
Duration: 12 + Months (temp to hire)
Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
Pay rate: $19.25 / hr on W2
Roles
- Handle and move materials, parts, and finished goods using warehouse equipment.
- Load, unload, store, and organize inventory.
- Maintain inventory records and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, if authorized.
- Meet daily productivity targets and follow supervisor instructions.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred.
- Basic English communication, reading, writing, and math skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Relevant equipment licenses or certifications, if required.
