Mission Objectives ? CPE AVN OCIO requires integrated operations across technical, cyber, business, and service-delivery functions. The Deputy Program Manager converts program direction into coordinated daily execution. The PWS requires a single documented reporting chain to the Program Manager.
This position provides continuity for the Program Manager, maintains operational control across service teams, and rapidly resolves cross-functional performance issues. The Deputy Program Manager / Operations Manager shall:
- Serve as TeAM?s alternate contract lead during the Program Manager?s absence.
- Coordinate daily operations across all functional service areas.
- Track staffing, workload, risks, service levels, and task completion.
- Maintain the integrated master schedule and operating rhythm.
- Coordinate TD planning, staffing, execution, and closeout activities.
- Lead operational reviews and corrective-action meetings.
- Validate workforce availability for extended-hours and on-call support.
- Coordinate transition activities, knowledge transfer, and continuity planning.
- Support the Program Manager?s monthly reports and executive briefings.
- Manage internal quality reviews for deliverables and performance metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional support for incidents, outages, and urgent requirements.
