Job Title: Assembler
Job Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 10 Months
Shift: 04:00PM - 12:00AM
Pay Rate: $23.00/Hr
Responsibilities:
- Deburr rotors and other hardware components before assembly.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks using hand tools and air-powered tools.
- Follow written work instructions and assembly procedures accurately.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Complete quality control documents and production records accurately.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
- Support production and assembly operations as needed.
- Identify and report defective parts or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Previous factory or industrial experience is preferred.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2+ years of experience with assembly
