Job Description

We are seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to join a multi-provider chiropractic clinic and help keep the clinic running smoothly. You will support front desk operations and routine clinical activities for our patients. The clinic typically serves 20–40 patients per day and provides informal on-the-job training for the role. Your role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on good communication with patients.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage front desk operations.
  • Collect payments and support patient intake.
  • Maintain accurate medical records.
  • Communicate with patients and provide a welcoming experience.
  • Escort patients to exam rooms.
  • Provide routine clinical assistance to the chiropractic team.
  • Assist with physical therapy and x-ray procedures following training.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective patient communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in chiropractic or clinical support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

M,W,F: 8:30 am-6:00 pm

T,R: 8:30 am -1:00 pm
