Multi-Unit Manager

The Multi-Unit Manager will oversee restaurant operations across multiple locations, reporting to the Regional Director. This role will drive revenue growth, operational consistency, and turnaround performance through strong leadership, performance management, and team development. Weekly travel between locations is expected, with a growth path toward regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-unit restaurant operations and store performance.
• Manage budgets and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Provide staffing oversight and coordinate hiring across locations.
• Develop training programs and coach restaurant managers.
• Enhance the customer experience and promote operational consistency.
• Maintain inventory control and monitor compliance.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance trends.
• Lead turnaround performance efforts across underperforming locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in multi-unit retail or operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience with multi-unit operations management and P&L management.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, inventory management, and performance analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Strong conflict resolution capabilities.
