Job Overview
Kingsley Security is hiring experienced, bilingual Security Officers for an ultra-luxury residential condominium in Downtown Miami.
We are seeking professional, alert, and dependable officers who can provide excellent security and white-glove customer service in a high-end residential environment. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience in luxury condominiums, residential security, concierge security, or upscale hotel environments is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Security Operations
- Conduct regular patrols of the lobby, parking garage, amenities, and exterior areas.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance cameras and access control systems.
- Verify and control access for residents, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and emergencies.
- Maintain situational awareness and enforce building policies and post orders.
- Prepare accurate daily activity logs and detailed incident reports.
Resident Services and Customer Experience
- Greet residents and guests professionally and courteously.
- Deliver exceptional, concierge-level service while maintaining security protocols.
- Coordinate with concierge staff, valet personnel, and property management.
- Assist residents and visitors while protecting the safety, privacy, and security of the property.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – REQUIRED
- 3–5 years of security experience.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Clean background and professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Florida Class D Security License.
- Experience in luxury condominium or high-rise residential security.
- Concierge security or front desk security experience.
- Four- or five-star hotel security experience.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control, and visitor management.
- Military or law enforcement background.
