Bright Innovators Academy is seeking teachers. Part of it, teacher should be experienced, for part-time role for students in Grades 3–7. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging, small-group instruction aligned with Texas standards, teachers working part of school districts are preferred.

Responsibilities
- Teach Math/Language Arts to Grades 3–7 students in a small-group setting
- Spanish, Arts and Music teacher should be able to establish curriculum and conduct the classes.
- Plan engaging lessons aligned with Texas standards and student needs
- Language Arts teacher should be able to teach reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing, editing, and literary analysis
- Differentiate instruction to support students at varying academic levels
- Prepare students for classroom assessments and STAAR-related skills
- Maintain a positive, structured learning environment
- Communicate student progress and needs with families and academy staff
Requirements
- Experience teaching or tutoring at the elementary and/or middle school level
- Strong knowledge of the area you are applying
- Ability to make lessons engaging while strengthening foundational skills
- Experience working with diverse learners and adapting instruction as needed
- Strong classroom-management, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable, patient, professional, and comfortable working with students and parents
- Bachelor’s degree in education, English, or a related field preferred
