• Assemble, clean, inspect, and package medical device products
• Perform visual quality checks to ensure product excellence
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment
• Follow work instructions and cleanroom procedures
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Identify and report production or quality issues
• Support continuous improvement efforts with your team

• 0-3 years of manufacturing, production, assembly, or cleanroom experience
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Ability to perform visual inspections and quality checks
• High School Diploma or GED
• Medical device or cleanroom experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment
• PPE required
• Clean, organized, and safety-focused workplace

1st Shift: Mon-Thu | 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

2nd Shift: Mon-Thu | 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM

3rd Shift: Fri-Sun | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

This is a Contract position based out of Devens, MA.

The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $21.42/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
