We are looking for an exceptional individual to partner with our amazing shop manager who can lead a millwork design team.
Our software of choice is Microvellum
The job role will require
- Parametric Modeling & Engineering: Build dynamic 3D models of custom cabinetry, commercial casework, and architectural millwork that adjust automatically based on project dimensions and manufacturing rules.
- Shop Drawings & Submittals: Generate clear, detailed 2D/3D submittal drawings, section views, dimensions, and annotations for architects, contractors, and clients.
- CNC & Production Integration: Export machine-ready data, including G-code, cut lists, Bill of Materials (BOM), panel optimization, and hardware reports, to drive CNC routers seamlessly.
- Error Reduction & Efficiency: Eliminate manual redrawing and redundant data entry, cutting down material waste and shop-floor rework.
- Leadership of team, and proactive integration with shop, subs, and contractors
