We are seeking a motivated Bakery Sales Representative with bakery industry experience to grow sales, develop customer relationships, and expand market share within an assigned territory.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow sales with existing and prospective bakery customers.
- Build strong relationships with retail bakeries, wholesale bakeries, supermarkets, and foodservice accounts.
- Identify customer needs and recommend BakeMark products and solutions.
- Execute sales strategies to increase territory growth and market share.
- Conduct regular customer visits and generate new business opportunities.
- Present new products, promotions, and value-added solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow up on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory (90-100% local travel required).
What We're Looking For:
- Previous bakery industry experience a plus.
- Outside sales, route sales, foodservice sales, or bakery ingredient sales experience preferred.
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to win new business.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Starting at $60,000+
- Transition to Commission-Based Earnings within 6 Months
