As a Barista at Linton, you’ll play a key role in crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day will include preparing a variety of coffee and espresso beverages with care and precision, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing warm, friendly customer service. You’ll also assist with restocking supplies, handling transactions, and contributing to the overall positive vibe of our coffee shop. Whether it’s a regular’s usual order or a first-time visitor’s new favorite drink, you’ll help make every visit memorable.

We’re looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset. No prior experience is required – we’re happy to help you get up to speed! Here’s what we value most in our team members:
