We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Line Cook to join our sushi and poke station. Previous sushi experience is welcome but not requiredwe provide training. Familiarity with sushi ingredients and rolls, even as a sushi enthusiast, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for sushi rolls, poke bowls, and other station items.
- Assemble orders according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Keep the station stocked, organized, and ready for service.
- Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and labeling ingredients.
- Maintain a clean workstation and complete opening and closing duties.
- Work with the kitchen and service team to prepare accurate, timely orders.
Qualifications
- Interest in learning sushi and poke preparation.
- Sushi knowledge preferred; restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus.
- Ability to follow recipes and work efficiently during busy service.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a positive team attitude.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
Pay: Based on experience.
