Responsibilities:- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Use pick lists or RF scanners to locate and pull inventory from warehouse shelves
- Verify order accuracy by checking items against packing slips or order documents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work environment
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other material handling equipment as needed
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy quotas in a timely manner
- Report damaged goods, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards to supervisors
Requirements:- Prior warehouse, order picking, or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic reading and counting skills to follow order documentation
- Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
