Laborer

• Perform general manual labor duties including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Load and unload vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with digging, backfilling, and site preparation activities.
• Operate basic equipment andtools asassigned.
• Perform grounds maintenance tasks including mowing grass, trimming vegetation, and general cleanup.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–4 years of general labor, construction, landscaping, warehouse, or related experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday.
• Frequently perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, and other environmental elements associated with manual labor.
• Ability to safely perform workinvolvingphysical occupational risks such as cuts, scrapes, and equipment operation.
