Operator I – Manufacturing
Location: Temecula, CA (On-site)
Contract Duration: 12 Months - subject to extension or conversion to perm!

Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented Manufacturing Operators to support production operations in Temecula, CA. Candidates must have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience and be comfortable working with microscopes, hand tools, and established production procedures.
Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform manufacturing and production tasks according to established policies and procedures.
- Use microscopes to inspect and work with small components.
- Handle and manipulate materials using hand tools.
- Read, write, and interpret work instructions and other production-related information.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Participate in instructor-led training and follow workplace safety and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of manufacturing experience required.
- Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Comfortable using microscopes and hand tools.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English for training and daily work activities.
- Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be able to pass an eye exam and color vision test.
- Ability to sit, walk, or stand for up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, squatting, twisting, stooping, climbing, crawling, pushing, and pulling as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing less than 50 pounds.
