We are professional, agile, and innovative, with a goal to provide in-home supports to adults with disabilities throughout Central Minnesota. Our person-centered approach focuses on each individual's unique needs, promoting independent living and positive learning.
Job Description: We are seeking dedicated In-Home Specialists to provide guidance and support to our clients living in independent arrangements. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and maintaining appointments
- Assisting with finding gainful employment
- Managing household tasks
- Budgeting finances
- Engaging in community activities
- Promoting healthy relationships
Each client has unique goals related to achieving a healthy, independent lifestyle. In-Home Specialists travel to clients' locations weekly, using their own vehicle, and design their own flexible work schedules.
- Apple Valley- 18 hours per week; Monday; Tues, and Fridays 3:30p-8:30p; younger female staff preferred.
- Apple Valley- 9 hours per week; male or female staff; starting after 12pm.
- Burnsville- Up to 10 hours per week; Monday and Tuesday's, male or female staff.
