Production Machine Operator

As a Laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks throughout the facility, including material handling, assembly support, equipment operation, quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. No advanced manufacturing experience is required. We provide training and opportunities for growth.

• Assist with production, assembly, and general labor duties throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment safely.
• Support machine operators and production teams as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training available).
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or assembly is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as business needs require.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
