Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The successful candidate will assess residents’ health needs, coordinate care, administer treatments, and work with the healthcare team to promote residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ health conditions and monitor vital signs.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
- Supervise and coordinate care with other nursing staff as appropriate.
- Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Follow infection-control procedures and established safety standards.
Requirements
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS/CPR certification
- Previous RN experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
