About Us
Stronghold Foundations is a Northern California foundation repair contractor. We stabilize, lift and replace foundations for homeowners and commercial clients using steel piers, helical piles and engineered underfloor solutions. Our phones ring because homeowners find us on Google with a real problem. We need a sales rep who can walk the property, explain the fix, and earn the job.

The Role
You’ll run appointments that are already booked for you. No cold-calling or door-knocking. You’ll inspect the home, diagnose what’s happening with the foundation, design the repair, and present a clear proposal the homeowner can trust. You own the deal from first handshake to signed contract.

What You’ll Do

• Run 2–3 pre-set inspection appointments a day across the Sacramento region and Northern California
• Inspect crawlspaces, slabs and foundations; take measurements, elevations and photos
• Diagnose the cause (settlement, expansive soil, drainage, failed footings) and recommend the right repair
• Build and present proposals: piers, helical piles, underfloor repair, foundation replacement or encapsulation
• Walk homeowners through financing options and answer their questions honestly
• Follow up on open proposals and close them out
• Hand off sold jobs cleanly to operations with accurate scope, notes and photos
• Keep the CRM current and hit monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of foundation repair sales experience (required)
• Proven track record of in-home sales and closing
• Able to diagnose foundation issues and design repairs: piers, helical piles, underfloor and slab work
• Comfortable crawling under houses and getting dirty
• Strong communicator who builds trust fast and sells on value, not pressure
• Organized, self-driven and consistent with follow-up
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean driving record
• Able to use a tablet, CRM and estimating software
