The Inventory Control Specialist manages inventory accuracy and material flow across Cardinal's warehouse and vehicle stock, ensuring technicians have the parts and equipment they need when they need them.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and perform cycle counts
- Restock and organize warehouse and truck stock
- Track equipment and tool assignments
- Coordinate with vendors on orders and returns
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Maintain inventory management software and records
- Support purchasing with reorder recommendations
- Ensure warehouse safety and organization standards are met
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency with inventory management or ERP software
- Strong organizational skills
- Accurate basic math and data entry
- Forklift operation, or willingness to become certified
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Education & Experience:
- 1+ years of inventory or warehouse experience
- High school diploma or GED
Physical Demands:
- Must be physically able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders and use a pallet jack or forklift
- Ability to work in variable warehouse temperatures
Work Environment:
- Warehouse based environment
Work Schedule:
- Generally Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
