Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Picker / Packer to join our fulfillment team in Troy, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately pulling, labeling, and packing customer orders to ensure fast and error-free shipments every day. You will also work directly with our Warehouse Manager to assist with truck offloading and inventory restocking.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Order Fulfillment: Prioritize and pull/pack daily orders, focusing first on previous-day orders followed by current-day orders to maintain fast dispatch times.
- Backorder Management: Process and pack backordered items immediately upon availability to ensure priority dispatch.
- Labeling & Heat-Sealing: Apply heat-seal labels and custom patches to designated items during the packing process.
- Quality Assurance & Accuracy: Carefully verify that every item matches the order details regarding correct patching, size, and color before sealing packages for shipment.
- Inventory & Stocking: Assist the Warehouse Manager with receiving inventory from delivery trucks, unboxing, and accurately stocking warehouse shelves.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station and warehouse aisle area.

- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in matching product numbers, sizes, patch designs, and garment colors.
- Punctuality & Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting daily shipping deadlines.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move packages throughout the workday.
