POSITION TITLE: Villa Housekeeper
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm
Location: Villa Residential Homes (Single-Story Homes)
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the duties required.
Should have at least one year of experience in a health care facility.
Must be able to lift and/or move objects not more than 25 lbs.
SUPERVISORY CONTROLS:
This position reports to the Director of Housekeeping/Laundry.
Villa Housekeeping Responsibilities:
Residential Cleaning: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining single-story Villa residences.
Outdoor Travel Between Residences: Must be able to travel between Villa homes throughout the workday.
Weather Conditions: Must be able to work in varying outdoor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and other seasonal conditions while traveling between residences.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform routine housekeeping duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and transporting cleaning supplies and equipment.
PRINCIPLE ESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Light housekeeping in residents rooms, public areas, restrooms, and dining rooms.
Help in the laundry.
Any other duties as may be requested by the supervisor.
OTHER PERTINENT FACTS:
Supervisor will supply work schedule.
Supervisor may sometimes assign employee to work in another position, other than their own, to maintain a reasonable completion of daily working schedules.
