Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 40 hours per week

About the Opportunity

LEAD is recruiting an Inside Distribution Sales Representative for an established wholesale distributor of low-voltage products in Greenville, SC. Product lines include electronic security, fire, video surveillance, access control, home automation, and commercial and residential sound systems.

This opportunity is ideal for someone with low-voltage or technical experience who enjoys working with customers, building relationships, and helping people find the right solutions. You’ll support an established dealer network, learn the product lines, and develop your career within the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in person and over the phone with product selection and sales inquiries.
• Help dealers identify the right products for their projects and applications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive service and consistent follow-up.
• Conduct sales calls with customers within the dealer network.
• Learn the day-to-day responsibilities of wholesale distribution and branch operations.
• Stay current on vendor products, new technology, and available solutions.
• Sell products in accordance with company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Low-voltage industry experience and/or a technical background, such as computer systems, networking, or technical sales.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• A willingness to learn new products and understand customers’ technical needs.
• A dependable, proactive approach to customer service and teamwork.
• Sales, customer service, or business-to-business (B2B) experience preferred.
• Experience with security, fire, video surveillance, access control, home automation, or sound systems is a plus.

Low-voltage or technical knowledge and the ability to build relationships are the most important qualifications. Candidates who bring that foundation and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply, even if they haven’t held this exact title before.
