RemX is recruiting for a End of Year Surge Project for Call Center Representatives.

  • Location: Fully onsite in Plantation, FL
  • Pay: $25
  • Dates: TDH End of December into January (1 to 2 weeks)
  • ?? Short-term project only not contract-to-hire

Position: Customer Service Representative

Overview:

  • Focus on simplifying healthcare engagement for consumers and families.
  • Responsibilities include compassionate customer service and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls only
  • Resolve consumer inquiries and issues
  • Provide updates on pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • High School diploma
  • Detail-oriented and goal-driven
