Project Manager

The client is a small architectural firm with over 40 years of experience. The firm specializes in multifamily and mixed-use developments, luxury custom homes, and light commercial projects.

They are looking for an Architectural Project Manager who can manage projects from initial design through construction completion while remaining involved in technical design and documentation.

• Manage architectural projects from conceptual design through construction administration.

• Develop architectural designs and produce construction documents.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal team members.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

• Review design solutions and resolve practical construction challenges.

• Mentor and support junior architectural staff.

• Work across multiple project phases and priorities in a small-firm environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience.

• Registered Architect (RA) or actively working toward licensure.

• Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, and 3D rendering.

• Good understanding of wood-frame construction.

• Experience with design development, construction documentation, and consultant coordination.

• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Multifamily residential projects.
