We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work directly with managers on employee relations, workforce planning, and talent development. This role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions while staying involved in the daily work of supporting employees, resolving issues, and improving HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, employment policies, and organizational needs.
- Manage employee relations matters and conduct investigations.
- Develop workforce plans, identify talent gaps, and support recruiting through interviews, candidate evaluation, and hiring.
- Coach managers and employees on performance and professional development.
- Support organizational assessments and change management initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Develop and standardize HR processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Conduct HR process audits and support compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Partner with managers on talent management, employee development plans, and succession needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience conducting employee relations investigations.
- Experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to coach managers, build stakeholder relationships, and influence decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and other HR software.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft OneNote, Forms, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
