Batch Cook / Grill Cook

We are recruiting Cooks that play a crucial role in the kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking food items while adhering strictly to recipes and safety standards. This position demands strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean and efficient workspace in a fast-paced environment. We have temp-to-hire opporunities available and they are on 1st and 2nd shift. 1st shift is 9:30am-7:30pm Monday through Friday (2 hour break each day from 1:30pm-3:30pm) and 2nd shift is 1pm-10pm Sunday through Thursday. Pay is $18-19/hr depending on experience level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items following established recipes
• Maintain food sanitation and safety standards throughout the cooking process
• Operate kitchen equipment proficiently, including knives and other culinary tools
• Ensure consistency and quality of each dish served
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant kitchen operations
• Strong knife skills
• Understanding of Kitchen Operations

Candidates must have previous Cook experience to be considered.
