As an Consulting Associate, you will develop essential skills in professional communication, relationship management, financial services industry knowledge, and consultative engagement.

What You'll Do

As an Associate Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting our consulting team and engaging with professionals throughout the financial services industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct outbound communications with financial services professionals to initiate conversations and identify potential consulting needs.
• Engage with industry professionals to gather information, understand their professional objectives, and assess potential consulting opportunities.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-up.
• Coordinate and schedule consultations with Senior Consultants.
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants to ensure a seamless transition of client information and consultation activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the financial services industry, industry trends, and the firm's consulting services.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of professional interactions, consultation activities, and follow-up communications.
• Participate in ongoing training, professional development programs, and departmental meetings.
• Meet established weekly and monthly performance expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work collaboratively with team members to support departmental objectives and deliver a positive client experience.

Work Authorization and Sponsorship

This position offers a base salary is $52,000 with commission. Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. Additional information regarding compensation and incentive opportunities will be provided during the interview process.
