Neck Forming Technician

A Neck Forming Technician is responsible for forming, shaping, and finishing the neck (opening) of pressure vessels on HDPE liners in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards. This role involves operating specialized forming, spinning, machining, or heating equipment to produce precise neck geometries required for valves, fittings, or closures. The technician ensures dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and surface quality, performs inspections, maintains equipment, and supports continuous improvement while adhering to strict safety and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language
• Ability to communicate in the Spanish language
• Ability to work alone and follow prescribed policies and procedures
• Ability to complete process paperwork in a timely manner
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel and Word
• High School Education or equivalent
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in manufacturing
• Attention to precise details

Work Environment

• Onsite, five to six days a week, 10 hours a day (subject to change).
• Fastpaced manufacturing setting
• On-the-job, hands-on training
