- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism & take customers order accurately and efficiently.
- Apply menu knowledge and assist with questions
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized cafe environment.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Monitor and restock beverage supplies and pastry case.
- Maintain beverage equipment cleanliness and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with serving food orders and bussing tables.
- Support the bakery team with opening, and daily prep tasks.
