About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Marketer to build relationships in the community and grow admissions. You’ll be the face of PineCrest, connecting with hospitals, physicians, and local partners to share the quality care we provide.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, case managers, and other referral sources

• Generate new admissions and support census growth

• Represent PineCrest at community events, health fairs, and networking functions

• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth patient transitions

• Track referrals and report on marketing activity

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or admissions preferred (skilled nursing or rehab a plus)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
