Weekend RN Supervisor (Part-Time)

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a part-time position working Saturdays and Sundays only. This role combines hands-on nursing care with supervising nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility.

Pay: $37.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays only

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents

• Supervise RN, LPN, and CNA staff during weekend shifts

• Oversee resident care and daily nursing activities

• Support nursing staff with clinical questions and resident care needs

• Assist with resident assessments, documentation, and care planning

• Help ensure quality care and compliance with facility policies

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
