THE OPPORTUNITY: PROJECT MANAGER

As a Project Manager at Continental Siding, you will oversee the residential exterior installation process from start to finish. You will provide field support and direction to installation crews, ensure projects meet company standards, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process.

Your goal is to ensure every project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to the agreed-upon scope of work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced siding professional who understands residential exterior construction and is ready to take ownership of projects and help deliver outstanding results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee residential exterior installation projects from start to finish.
• Provide field supervision, support, and oversight to installation crews.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to the established scope of work.
• Measure homes and calculate square footage for project materials.
• Perform accurate measurements for siding, replacement windows, doors, soffit, fascia, shutters, gutters, and other exterior products.
• Work on residential structures ranging from one to three stories.
• Follow project work orders and ensure installations meet company standards.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites while following all applicable safety rules and regulations.
• Use project management software, computers, and tablets to document measurements, project details, schedules, and updates.
• Communicate effectively with customers, installation crews, and internal departments.
• Help resolve job-site issues and keep projects moving forward.
• Contribute to the overall success of the team by maintaining high standards of quality, service, and accountability.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

The ideal candidate is an experienced residential exterior professional who understands the details of siding installation and knows how to manage projects efficiently.

• Residential exterior construction experience is required, with strong knowledge of siding.
• Experience with vinyl siding, replacement windows and doors, gutters, simulated stone, soffit, and fascia.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Strong measuring, basic math, planning, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, calendars, and project management software.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, installation crews, and team members.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to travel long distances in a company vehicle.
• Ability to remain available by phone as required for the position.
• Willingness to work additional hours and occasional weekends when needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of residential exterior building construction experience.
• Siding installation knowledge and experience are essential.
• Project management or crew management experience is a plus.
• Valid Class C driver's license.
