About the Role
As a Weekend Supervisor RN, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our facility on weekends, ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing the daily activities of our nursing staff, leading by example to promote a culture of excellence and compassion. Your leadership skills will also enable you to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff on weekends
Develop and implement care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
Conduct regular rounds to assess patient status and quality of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Requirements
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida
Minimum 1 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
