You'll start by learning the fundamentals of our business, working with customers, understanding our services, and supporting daily operations. As you gain experience and demonstrate your abilities, you may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities.

$48,400 – $56,600 per year

• Develop foundational sales and customer service skills.

• Learn how to communicate the value of AGC's automotive services.

• Assist with customer outreach, relationship building, and local marketing initiatives.

• Help coordinate appointments, customer follow-up, and daily business activities.

• Learn how to track goals, organize information, and support business performance.

• Work alongside experienced team members to understand operational processes.

• Develop problem-solving, teamwork, and professional communication skills.

• Take on additional duties and leadership responsibilities as your skills grow.
