We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and experiencedSupervisor / Managerto join our growing team in Idaho and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes initiative, communicates effectively, and can successfully oversee employees, coordinate daily operations, and ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, solution-oriented, and willing to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage employees across assigned locations.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Train, coach, and support employees to maintain high performance standards.
- Coordinate employee schedules, assignments, and workloads.
- Monitor job performance and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain clear communication with upper management and team members.
- Address employee concerns and resolve operational issues professionally.
- Ensure safety standards and quality expectations are consistently met.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members.
- Travel throughout Idaho and surrounding areas as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Reliable, professional, and accountable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned territories.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required for the position.
