Registered Nurse (RN)

Twin Lakes Extended Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

Pay: $40.00-$46.44 per hour

Pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Higher hourly rates may be available for employees who opt out of certain benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and administer medications

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition

• Follow care plans and maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Coordinate with the nursing team to meet residents' care needs

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
