What You'll Do
As an Industrial Laborer, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our facility and supporting maintenance teams by:
- Performing general plant housekeeping, including removal of trash, debris, and waste materials.
- Sweeping, shoveling, and power washing floors, equipment areas, structures, and workspaces.
- Assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of confined-space entry areas to ensure safe access for inspections and maintenance.
- Supporting painting projects, surface preparation, and facility touch-up work.
- Removing dust, dirt, and debris from machinery, structures, and production areas.
- Safely operating hand tools and basic equipment in accordance with company standards.
- Following all safety rules, procedures, and site-specific requirements.
- Assisting maintenance personnel and other team members with various operational tasks as needed.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Full-time position
