About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Home Assistant & Cleaner to help keep our household running smoothly and our spaces clean and comfortable.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys routine, takes pride in their work, and prefers a calm, well-defined schedule. We are seeking a long-term fit and value consistency, trust, and clear expectations.
Schedule- Approximately 15 hours per week
- Mondays are required
- Two additional weekdays are flexible (but consistent week to week)
- Daytime hours preferred
Weekly Structure- 1 shift per week: Cleaning and turning our Airbnb (short-term rental)
- 2 shifts per week: Home cleaning, light household assistance, meal prep support, and laundry
There may be opportunities to add additional hours in the future if desired, but this role is intentionally designed to remain part-time.
ResponsibilitiesHome Cleaning & Care
- Clean kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and reset spaces
- Laundry (wash & fold)
- Trash and recycling
Household Assistance
- Light meal prep or cooking support
- Grocery shopping and food put-away
- Keep household supplies stocked
- General tidying and upkeep
Airbnb Cleaning (usually 1 shift per week)
- Full turnover cleaning between guests
- Laundry of linens and towels
- Resetting the space to guest-ready standards
- Light restocking of essentials
