We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Blender / Batchmaker to join a fast-paced paint and coatings manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials to produce paint and coating products according to established formulas and production specifications. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to operate mixing and blending equipment safely.
Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to batch formulas and production instructions.
Operate industrial mixers, blenders, and other paint manufacturing equipment.
Follow batch sheets and recipes to ensure accurate product consistency and quality.
Load raw materials, pigments, chemicals, and additives into mixing tanks.
Monitor mixing times, temperatures, and equipment performance.
Perform basic quality checks on color, texture, and consistency.
Maintain accurate batch records and production documentation.
Clean mixing tanks, tools, and equipment between production batches.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and moving finished products.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of chemicals and required PPE.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
Perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting materials as required.
