Powder Coating Associates – Temple, TX
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring dependable individuals for a manufacturing facility in Temple, TX. This hands-on position involves cleaning metal parts, preparing products for coating, operating equipment, and inspecting finished products for quality.
Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
Clean metal parts and manufactured products using industrial washing equipment and cleaning solutions.
Prepare parts for powder coating by removing dirt, grease, and other contaminants.
Apply masking tape to protect designated areas before coating.
Operate powder coating equipment to achieve an even finish.
Load and unload parts on overhead conveyor systems.
Assist with oven operations for curing and drying coated parts.
Inspect finished products for quality and proper coating coverage.
Operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications
Manufacturing, parts washing, painting, or powder coating experience.
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and handle materials throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and move materials as required, with assistance or mechanical equipment for heavier items.
Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respiratory protection when necessary.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
