$22–$27/hour, based on experience

Ereztech is growing, and we're looking for a Manufacturing Operator I to join our production team in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.This is a hands-on opportunity to learn specialized chemical manufacturing processes while working alongside experienced Production Chemists and Operations team members.

You don't need years of chemical manufacturing experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Operator I, you will:

• Support the safe and efficient operation of chemical manufacturing processes.
• Follow established procedures and instructions for production activities.
• Assist with material preparation, transfers, equipment setup, and production operations.
• Monitor equipment and processes and promptly communicate anything unusual or unexpected.
• Accurately complete production records, logs, labels, and other required documentation.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and housekeeping.
• Assist with packaging and handling of finished products and raw materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and required personal protective equipment requirements.
• Work closely with Production Chemists and other team members to meet production goals.
• Learn Ereztech's specialized processes, equipment, and safety practices.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing, production, laboratory, chemical, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely handle materials and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new processes and take ownership of your work.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

$22–$27/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
