Distribution Center Supervisor – Southwest Metro Atlanta (Direct Hire)
Innovative Resource Solutions is seeking a hands-on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead a warehouse team at an established distribution operation in the South Fulton area.
Compensation & Schedule
- $69,000–$76,000 annual salary
- First shift: 7:00 AM start, end time varies with business needs
- Full benefits package
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 15+ warehouse associates through receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping
- Set daily priorities and keep the team on track against productivity, quality, and safety KPIs
- Coach, train, and hold team members accountable
- Report operational results to leadership and help improve processes and procedures
- Keep the facility safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant
- Work closely with other departments to keep orders moving
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- 2+ years of supervising a team of 5 or more associates
- Experience using ERP and WMS systems and working from reports to drive results
- Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Forklift certification, or the ability to become certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
