Senior Support Engineer with 10+ years of financial services experience providing L1/L2 front-office and production support for a foreign bank.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Collateral Management: Expert in VERMEG COLLINE technical setup, databases, user support, and SWIFT/AcadiaSoft connectivity.
- Scripting & Data: Hands-on Unix/Linux shell scripting for automation/releases; strong SQL and ETL skills.
- Scheduling & Infrastructure: Experienced with Tidal for batch monitoring and coordinating Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises.
- Bonus Systems: Prior support experience with Global One or FIS Phase 3.
- Operations: Handles incident management, root cause analysis, change management, and user access/audit reviews (IDM).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
