Express Employment Professionals in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a driven B2B sales professional to help local companies find the talent they need. As our field-based Account Executive, you’ll represent a respected brand with 40+ years in staffing while building a book of business that you own and grow.
A day in the life
- Start your morning reviewing your prospecting plan and outreach targets.
- Head out to meet owners and decision-makers across Wenatcheelistening, diagnosing workforce needs, and positioning tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with our recruiting team to align on candidate pipelines and service delivery.
- Check in with existing clients to strengthen relationships and expand services.
- Track progress, forecast opportunities, and prepare for tomorrow’s meetings.
What you’ll do
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across your territory.
- Meet with business owners and key decision-makers face-to-face.
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Present staffing and workforce solutions that solve real business problems.
- Partner closely with our recruiting team to deliver exceptional service.
- Grow existing accounts while strategically expanding your territory.
What you bring
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience preferred (staffing experience is a plus, not required).
- Tenacious prospector comfortable with cold calling and in-person meetings.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficient computer skills.
Compensation and schedule
- Base salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year, plus commission based on sales performance.
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Work location: In person | Wenatchee, WA.
